terrine de lentilles épicée, aux noix du Périgord

Tout est dans le titre: terrine de lentilles épicée, aux noix du Périgord.

J'ai compilé plusieurs recettes pour obtenir celle-ci, que j'ai finalement fait "au pif", car j'avais beaucoup de lentilles. Le résultat est probant.

ingrédients:
-des lentilles cuites (avec carottes et oignons, facultatif mais je les ai cuites ainsi, et c'est un reste)
-de la margarine VG (~50g pour 250g de lentille)
- du curry épicé "hot", ou du curry + du piment (à convenance)
- de l'ail en poudre
- du coriandre (ou du persil)
- du pain en petits morceaux (50g environ pour 250g de lentilles), ou de la chapelure (j'ai pris de la chapelure, et là c'est au "pif" selon la consistance)
- du vinaigre balsamique
-de la levure maltée (levure de bière en paillettes)
-- du sel, à convenance. à ajouter à la fin.

TOUT METTRE, MELANGER ET MIXER. C'EST PRÊT !

à la fin:
- des noix du Périgord (ou autre, ou noisettes, ou ce que vous voulez, c'est pour "décorer" et faire un effet crunchy en bouche). Mettre les noix en petits morceaux, mélanger pour les répartir dans la terrine (sinon, les mettre sur le dessus de la tartine, pour décorer).

C'EST MEILLEUR QUAND ON LAISSE REFROIDIR (prendre) AU FRIGO ! :D

Je suis du Lot (mais lyonnaise usuellement). On peut dire que tu sais "accomoder" les restes pour ne rien perdre. Il faudra que j'essaie ta recette de lentilles aux noix ! Merci !
